Marcel Kapfer 7a12ef839c Merge branch 'fira-sans-condensed' into 'master' 
Fira sans condensed

I have added Fira Sans Condensed to the font theme.

Testing was successfull on my Motorola Razr HD with Cyanogenmod 12.1-20160515-Nightly-xt925.

cm-themechooser-font-fira

Description

This is the open source Fira font by Erik Spiekermann, Ralph du Carrois, Anja Meiners and Botio Nikoltchev, packaged for the Cyanogenmod Theme Engine. All the credits go to the three named font designers.

The package name is de.marcelkapfer.cyngn.theme.raleway

The App icon is by Cyanogenmod.
