Replaced malformed icon with correct one

Since a few versions the icon intellij-idea-ue.png was actually a
tar.gz file. It looks like I overwrite the PNG file with the archive
without any intention by executing some wrong tar command.

The bugfix will be distributed once I package the next IntelliJ IDEA
version.

The intellij-idea-community package was not affeced by this.
